Q: Will the products be shipped in
their original box/bottle?
A: For reasons of discretion and security we
ship all the products flat in an anonymous envelope.
Q: How is the package labelled?
A: The package is labelled only with your address. There
is nothing written to indicate the contents of the
package.
Q: What countries do you ship to?
A: We ship via UPS to these countries in the European
Union: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany,
Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain,
Sweden, and all of the U.K.
We ship with registered mail to Switzerland and Greece.
We ship via standard airmail to Norway and Finland.
We also use registered mail for all P.O. box and "post
restante" addresses.
We do not ship to the Caribbean Islands, regardless of the
sovereign country.
Q: Won't Customs stop my package?
A: No. New European Union regulations allow free movement
of packages within member countries. In the rare event
there is a problem with customs, we will ship another
package via registered mail, at our expense.
Q: What if I want my delivery shipped to a different
address, or wish it held for pickup?
A: Simply write the delivery address you want to use under
"Delivery Information" on our order form. Write "Hold for
pickup" in your native language if you desire this option. Be sure to include your
phone number so UPS can contact you.
Q: When will my package arrive? How will I know when it's
sent?
A: Credit cards are usually approved the day after orders
are received, and processed for shipping the day after
that. We will email you a tracking number to follow the
delivery progress. UPS delivers to most European Union
countries within three days, but this can vary.
